It is currently the hottest thing on the web to say that the hottest thing on the web is Twitter.com, and it is hard to argue.  Based in San Francisco, Twitter was publicly launched in August of 2006, and has seen explosive growth in less than three years. So, what is it, you ask? And how do I use it?  Here’s the deal.
