This coming weekend, I am participating in a 24 hour relay marathon swim to benefit Children’s Mental Health. I will be swimming with a team of 8 and we will swim in a continuous relay from 8am Saturday through 8am Sunday. In total we expect to swim at least 7 miles each over the course of the time period.
