What is with you Capital District people driving in the left hand lane????  All of a sudden it is ok to drive slow in the passing lane.  It is as if you are oblivious to the lonnnngggg line of pi#!ed off drivers behind you that want to go a tad faster than you.   And AND…you don’t seem to care if someone is flashing their lights behind you – to signal that you need to go to the MIDDLE lane.  The worst part about it… it’s not all elderly people in the fast lane. ... Keep reading
