(topic submitted via phone) “Why is it such a problem for seniors to take a mandatory drivers “skills” test every three years after 65 years of age.  Seniors have the time to go to DMV… and they want what’s best for their grandchildren, but consider a mandatory test an outrage.”  What do you think?
