- We’ll thank Lou Dobbs for his service and welcome Roger Hedgecock with a live program starting at 7p. You may be familiar with Roger’s work filling in for Rush. The Roger Hedgecock show features sound conversation without degrading guests, listeners and callers. It’s a refreshing change -- thoughtful live dialogue is here.
- We’ll thank Dr. Laura for sharing her time with TALK 1300. Dennis Prager steps in for live conversation starting at 12p. Political, religious, right, left … a refreshing difference.. and a good time to take a break from the same old talk hour after hour.
- For you night owls… a great live program with Doug McIntyre starts at 1am.
- And we are searching for that next afternoon superstar -- time will tell.
I’m curious. I’ve must have missed something. I enjoy listening to Kelly in the afternoon. What happened to Dan Lynch? I also thought his program was informative and enlightening. It’s great having real local radio live.
Loving your new format. Now all you need is Al Roney added to the program schedule and AM 1300 will be #1 in the Northeast.
I enjoyed the old line up also and miss Dr. Laura 12-3…you just lost a listener.
Darlene, although I don’t know you, I must concur with your sentiment to add Al Roney to the program schedule. He is clearly the best choice for SO many reasons…whether you are looking at this from a listener’s perspective…or a Program Director’s perspective…Al Roney’s presence at WGDJ would catapult WGDJ to the forefront of the local talk radio market.

I only listened to Dan Lynch, and I am not happy with the new programming in the afternoon. I won’t be listening in the future, but thanks for what used to be great programming.
