Have you ever hit the workout blahs? One of the things that makes working out with Bryan Nunziato so fantastic is that he is constantly switching up my fitness plan so that I don’t get bored. Starting last Friday, we decided to do something totally different and Bryan took me outside for an Urban Extreme Bootcamp style workout. They have been fantastic! The cold air and change of scenery really reenergized me. We did a variety of exercises using bands, outside stairs, curbs and more. For example we used the steps at an office building to do side squats, interval runs using the parking meters and picnic tables for core work. The workouts felt fantastic and it was a totally different way to get an intense workout without having to do the same thing as usual. We are going to do more of these types of workouts as, so that I can continue to hit my fitness goals, look forward to working out and continuing a healthy lifestyle.
