As some of you may remember I began working out with Bryan Nunziato this summer – in an effort to totally transform my body. During that time, I also totally changed the way that I looked at fitness, food and healthy living in general. Growing up, I was an athlete, but “life” had gotten the best of me, and I had basically given up on staying in shape. When I started working with Bryan, never could I have expected the results that I have seen, and continue to see. I have lost about 30 pounds, 19 total inches and increased my fitness level immensely.
I had to take about 6 weeks off, as I had to have a (not workout related) surgery,however, I am back now, and ready for Round 2. I had my first official “Round 2” workout with Bryan yesterday, and although I am bit sore, I feel great. It is hard to believe how quickly my body had gotten used to the routine and great feeling that come along with a great workout – and I am so glad to be back at it.
