Richard Daines hasn’t been vaccinated and like most doctors probably won’t. He is an arrogant elitist. This is totally irresponsible. leadership should protect the Constitution not undermine it! He is a total hypocrite.
he doesn’t deserve his position and should be ousted. This is unbelievable. He hasn’t been vaccinated and most doctors haven’t either. What in hell is going on. This is horrific. This is totally unjust.

I am a Registered Nurse for 13 years, having worked in Intensive Care Units and Emergency Departments throughout Westchester County. I am very concerned about the New York State mandate for Flu and H1N1 vaccinations for health care providers. I cannot understand how the state can mandate a vaccine before it is even released. I have never received a Flu Vaccine, nor have any of my four children. This is something that is a personal choice and has not ever affected the way that I do my job. I am not the only health care professional that is experiencing the inner turmoil of making the decision to be injected with something that I feel unsafe, or to risk being fined or lose my job. If I, the Emergency Room nurse is fired for not complying, that will be one less nurse to take care of the people being brought into the hospital that require emergency medical care. How can you help me and my colleagues with this issue? The State of New York needs a better plan of action, and we are willing to hear some other options.
