I believe you have the right to a free and clear driveway.  These idiots that throw crap on your driveway b/c the don’t pay for direct mail have just got to go.  In fact… in a move clearly reserved for an old man protecting his driveway… I took a stand today!  It’s been weeks of walking out to my driveway and finding that newspaper tossed at the end of the driveaway – happens sometime around Saturday afternoon.  So, I wait.  Along comes this heap with out of state plates – and I start running towards the car (they move fast and I have watched them tossing their rag on my neighbor’s driveways.  I run up to the car…and calmly say “not my driveway – not anymore”.  Victory…(wrote the plate down too).
