I am just over the halfway point in the Get Some Workout of Her Fitness Challenge and things are going fantastic. I am down 16 pounds, more than 4 inches in my waist and countless pant sizes. I feel amazing; honestly I don’t think I have felt this confident both physically and emotionally in years. The changes I am seeing in my body are incredible and I just continue to be motivated. Last week was my birthday, and there were a pair of pants that I wanted to fit into by birthday, and much to shock, they were too big. (See the pictures of the khakis below). Two nights ago, my aunt left me a pair of jeans, she didn’t like the way they fit her and when I saw the size on them, I immediately told them that there was no way they would fit. My cousin encouraged me to try them on and to my shock they fit perfectly. (Pictures below).
As I mentioned, my birthday was last week and as a birthday gift, Bryan gave me a membership to the boot camp class he is starting next week. I know it is going to be intense, but I am really looking forward to it. It is super early in the morning (at least for me, 6am!) but I know that this class is going to give me just another piece of motivation to continue to do what I have been doing. I will be sure to update after the first boot camp class!
