The first I heard about this rally was from a caller on Dan's show last evening. Being in the private sector, I don't have the luxury to take an afternoon off with little notice and stand outside on the streets of Albany. Promotion outreach is to blame first and foremost. And the fact the Tea Party was ONLY 2 months ago is also to blame. Another Tuesday business day.
