It’s BEST that you ask about the 15% restocking fee before you BUY.  It seems that some national chain will wack you with that fee if you don’t like what you have purchased and simply want to return it.  Now if you want to simply exchange it for another product in the store…no problem… no fee.  Of course they still have to restock it but they’ll wave the fee.  What a way to treat the customer.
