I was so glad to be back at the gym today – although I did cardio over the long weekend, I missed having my sessions with Bryan. I did have all three sessions last week – but the last was on Thursday rather than Friday, because I was in a wedding on Friday. The normal Monday session was moved to today (Tuesday) – because of the holiday– so when I got there today I was ready for a workout. Today marked one week since I started training with Bryan and I have fantastic news to report. I have lost 2 pounds. I am exactly on target as to where Bryan had projected I would be, and I am very happy and even more motivated now. I am really enjoying the workout plan that Bryan has put together for me, when I am done with my workouts, I know that I have done something good for myself. Today was my third official workout with Bryan Nunziato. Bryan owns Synergy Fitness and Nutrition and if you missed my previous blogs, I will be working with Bryan for 12 weeks, 3 personal training sessions a week, and at least 3 days of additional cardio work.
