Thursday I will argue on the part of Joe Q. Driver that we should be able to flash our fellow drivers (without getting a ticket) if there is something troubling down the road worth noting.  If it’s ok to broadcast messages on the radio of a DWI blanket patrol … why shouldn’t you be able to notify other drivers of trouble (doesn’t have to be a speed trap) ahead.  Attorneys from O’Connell & Aronowitz are in at 8:30am!
