It wasn’t a great beginning…but the end was worth it. I looked up at the score in the “very” early part of the game (5-15 Niagara in the lead) and wasn’t worried… on the outside. It was tied by the break. Around a minute or so the teams were separated by 7 points (the students singing “hey hey hey…goodbye). I’m thinking this is no time to be singing…there’s still a game here. Down to 40 seconds and it was over. At the end it was great to watch the sea of students rush the floor… now on to the dance.

What a game, indeed.
I tuned in to the radio broadcast of the game in the comfort of my own living room, and couldn’t sit still during that second half. Almost as good as being there.
