But what is absolutely astounding here is how this particular practice -- Tuesday mornings off, on the clock -- was allowed to continue beyond ONE Tuesday. I think Dwayne Johnson's OTJ records should be reviewed for as far back as necessary, in contemplation of restitution, and heads should roll departmentwide.
